Career

Makopa has been playing for the Glamour boys for most of his career and has enjoyed a lot of success with the club. Some of the most outstanding moments in Makopa's career with Dembare include consecutive premier league titles. He also went through a rough patch when he was ruled out of action by illness but he managed to make a comeback. After the coming in new coach David Mandigora, Makopa was initially retained by the club but was was released during the 2015 midseason season having been deemed excess baggage.

Milton Makopa is said to have offered accommodation to then fellow teammate Roderick Mutuma after the latter arrived for trials with the glamour boys but did not have a place to stay. The two were roommates before Mutuma eventually moved out[2]
