News:Allan Chimbetu to release new album
<vote /> Allan Chimbetu is set to release a new album titled The Covenant on July 9. The album, will be Chimbetu’s fourth offering and will be launched at Long Cheng Plaza in Harare.
[[Oliver Mtukudzi[[, Alick Macheso, Jah Prayzah as well as Peter Moyo and dancehall superstar Winky D are expected to entertain fans.
Chimbetu, has released three albums to date, namely; Sony, Professor and Simukai. Last year Chimbetu hit a new low when he resorted to repairing cellphones for a living.
He later appeared in court and was ordered by magistrate Audrey Tarugarira to pay a Harare man, Saston Mazhanga, $150 plus costs as replacement fee for the applicant’s cellphone which he damaged while repairing.
