<vote /> Zanu-PF youth armed with axes and knobkerries descended on Retired Brigadier-General and former Ambassador Agrippa Mutambara and his fellow Zimbabwe People First colleagues at a farm in Guruve yesterday. Mutambara who used to be a supporter of Zanu-PF now supports Joice Mujuru.

In an interview with CNN earlier this month Mutambara had made comments on President Robert Mugabe and said that Mugabe was a demon that had replaced the colonial one,

We attained independence, yes. We were able to exorcise the colonial demon. In its place we also created another demon. Until there is a change in the way that government is run in Zimbabwe, the revolution must continue.

In the interview, Mutambara also narrated how Zanu-PF supporters tried to invade his farm,

They said 'you are a traitor,' then some of them started scaling the fence. At that time I took my pistol and cocked it. When I did that, they all went down.

Mutambara and one of his colleagues suffered broken lips.
