Robson Chere is an educator, activist and trade unionist. He is the current National Secretary General of the Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union of Zimbabwe. He is a science teacher at Acturus High School where he also doubles as the soccer coach.

As an activist

Chere has been arrested several times as the Secretary General of ARTUZ after protesting.
