Shingi Mukandi was a Zimbabwean businessman and socialite who died on the spot after a hit and run incident a few metres from his Mt Pleasant home.He was 33 when he died.
Background
At the time of his death Mukandi was survived by his wife and three children.[1]

Death
It was reported that Mukandi was a victim of a premeditated murder which was made to appear like a hit and run accident. As a result, the state changed the charges against Alfred Takudzwa Machipisa and his brother Fanwell Lloyd Machipisa from culpable murder to murder when the suspects appeared before Harare Magistrate Gideon Ruvetsa.Murder Disguised To Look Like An Accident

Mukandi died on the spot when he was involved in an accident on Saturday 22 July 2017.[1]
