Kasukuwere in ZACC crosshairs, as anti-corruption unit goes after G40

The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) is reported to have set its sights on Saviour Kasukuwere. The Minister of Local Government, is being probed for his part in the indigenisation process and allegations of gross mismanagement of funds held under the National Youth Fund and Community Share Ownership Trust schemes. ZACC is investigating the National Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Board (NIEEB), which was under Kasukuwere’s purview.
Kasukuwere is reported to be one of the linchpins of the G40 faction along with Patrick Zhuwao and Jonathan Moyo. Moyo is already under investigation from ZACC. The anti-corruption unit has promised to nail Moyo in 2017.
Zacc spokesperson Phyllis Chikundura told Newsday:

Kasukuwere however, refuted the allegations saying:
