Jonathan Moyo labelled mad & demon possessed for claiming that $500 million was used for Command Agriculture

Statistics availed to The Herald show that $160 million was used to plant 166 000 hectares of maize under the Command Agriculture Scheme as opposed to the $500 million figure mentioned by Professor Jonathan Moyo in a tweet where he said that the money was used to plant 153, 102,60 hectares when it was meant for 400 ooo hectares.

The Herald reports that $30 million went to the Presidential Inputs Scheme. A source from the Office of President and Cabinet who was interviewed by the publication on condition of anonymity said that anyone who claimed that $500 million was used for Command Agriculture was a patient for Ingutsheni which is an institution for the mentally ill in Bulawayo. The source said:

Anyone talking about $500 million is a candidate for Ingutsheni. We cannot continue to argue with someone possessed with opposition demons as has been alluded by others before.
