Norman Mapeza appointed interim Warriors head coach

FC Platinum head coach Norman Mapeza has reportedly been appointed interim head coach of the Zimbabwe national team.

Mapeza’s appointment was revealed by ZBC with an official announcement expected tomorrow. ZIFA president Philip Chiyangwa had indicated that the would appoint a local caretaker coach and have settled for the former Warriors skipper. Mapeza’s first assignment will be the Warriors clash against Zambia at the National Sports Stadium this weekend.
