The number of people who died when Proliner bus which was heading to South Africa caught fire after being sided swiped by a haulage truck has risen to 31. It was previously announced that 21 people had died but DNA tests confirmed revelaed that 8 more people had perished in the fire while 2 more died at Driefontein Mission Hospital.
The Civil Protection Unit (CPU) has released the names of the deceased and they are as follows:
