Video: ZRP officer fails to stop Range Rover using spikes

A ZRP traffic officer was recorded trying to stop a Range Rover at an intersection by using a set of spikes. The video was recorded using a dashboard camera and the driver of the Range Rover managed to drive away despite the spirited efforts of the officer.
