At a press briefing in Pretoria, South Africa, Communications Minister Ayanda Dlodlo said that the country’ ministers have resolved to give Zimbabwe Special Permit (ZSP) holders another chance to apply once their permits expire on December 31, 2017.
Minister of Home Affairs, Professor Hlengiwe Mkhize will hold a separate a media briefing to explain the new conditions and process to be followed by current Zimbabwe Special Permit (ZSP) holders once the re-application process opens.
