Zanu-PF's Ozias Bvute Reveals How He Acquired 4 000 Stands In Harare

Responding to Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa on Capitalk FM, Ozias Bvute revealed how he came to own 4 000 stands in Harare. Bvute said he gave Mliswa 200 stands in Crowhill so that he will not be pestered over how he acquired Crowhill farm.

Said Bvute:

I think that Crowhill farm, was a farm with 1 500 hectares which I bought many, many years ago through a commercial transaction that I did. With the passage of time, Harare happened to get to where Crowhill is and the total number of stands that Crowhill has when you then subdivide 1 500 hectares it comes to 4 000 stands.

Bvute said he will not remove people that illegally acquired stands in Crowhill. He claims the people had the stands illegally sold to them and he is trying to reach an agreement with the owners of the stands to service them.
