Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Sets Fees For Inspection Of Voters Roll

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has released the accreditation fees that election observers, as well as media, will need to pay in order to inspect the Voters’ Roll.

According to a Notice from ZEC, the accreditation fees are as follows:

Observers

$10 – Local Observers
$20 – Observers from African Union
$50 – Observers from foreign embassies in Zimbabwe
$100 – Observers from any Country Outside Africa

Media

$10 – Zimbabwean journalists accredited with the Zimbabwe Media Commission and working for a local media house
$50 – Zimbabwean journalists accredited with the Zimbabwe Media Commission and working for a foreign media house
$20 – Journalists from Africa will pay $20

The provisional voters’ roll will be open for inspection from May 19-29.
