Heads To Roll After Mnangagwa's Security Breached Again
Three members of President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s close security unit are reported to be in trouble after the President’s security was breached in Gweru. Moses Mavusa a losing Zanu PF councillor from Masvingo managed to breach the security and had to be pushed away by Mnangagwa when he attempted to get a selfie with the President. Sources who spoke to The Standard said,
These guys seem to be relaxing and this is the second time that the president has been left exposed. They seem to be taking it easy and in the process causing unnecessary security breaches. So, the entire commandant is not happy with that.
….The question is why are we exposing the president in such a manner? So, these guys have to explain who is not doing his duty dutifully. Some people will suspect sabotage from the security team, remember allegations that some of these guys were in factions so, the commanders are worried.
FeedbackMavusa was arrested and charged with criminal nuisance. He was fined $20.
