Police Get Search Warrant To Search Chamisa, Biti And Others For Subversive Material

The police have been issued with a search warrant to search MDC Alliance leaders Nelson Chamisa and Tendai as well as youth leaders and activists for electronic gadgets as well as other subversive material.  Warrant reads,

Which are concerned or on reasonable grounds believed to be concerned in the commission or suspected commission of an offence

POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS WEAPONS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 43(2) OF CRIMINAL LAW [CODIFICATION AND REFORM] ACT, CHAPTER 9:23
AND PUBLIC VIOLENCE AS DEFINED IN SECTION 36 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW [CODIFICATION AND REFORM] ACT, CHAPTER 9:23

Which it is on reasonable grounds believed may afford evidence of the commission or suspected commission of an offence:
