Zimra New Board By December

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development George Guvamatanga said the new Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) board will be appointed by December.

Guvamatanga told ZBC News on Friday that the selection process of a new board is in progress. Said Guvamatanga:

We shall be announcing the board very soon because it is an issue that we are really seized with at the moment.

The Zimra board was dissolved by Government earlier this month. Zimra’s executive reporting directly to treasury.
