The World Food Programme (WFP) revealed that it has 3 000 metric tonnes of food assistance at its Bulawayo warehouse. The food is waiting to be dispatched to various programmes in 9 districts.
WFP says that its supply chains, logistics and food office teams will ensure that the food reaches the respective destinations at the right time. The statement reads as follows:
