Professor Amon Murwira, Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education seeks to reform the Zimbabwe Manpower Fund.
He claims that there has been a misappropriation of the protocol budget. He proposes the scrapping of the $250 000 budget as a solution to the corruption at Zimdef.
The former Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Prof Jonathan Moyo admitted to diverting the manpower fund to some personal use.
Murwira also announced plans to create the office of a chief executive officer who would have an oversight role on the administration of funds and properties.
