Gokwe Rural District Council has issued a statement inviting interested bidders to undertake road construction and surfacing of the area’s bad roads.
The RDC has advised bidders to get detailed tender documents from its banking hall upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$12 which is also inclusive of VAT per each tender document.
The statement said:
Tenders are hereby invited from registered, reputable and well-established companies to bid on the goods and services to Gokwe Town Council in terms of the public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Chapter 22:23).
The tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and clearly endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number and the description and must be deposited in the tender box located at the town house.
A compulsory pre-tender site visit around the town council has been scheduled for today.
