Posting via his twitter account, the MDC leader has said that the Zimbabwean problems are exerting huge pressure on leaders who are expected to deliver at all costs.
Chamisa said:
It’s so difficult to sleep peacefully when OUR ZIMBABWE is in such a disaster. It’s so so hard to be a perfect leader with many people in such deep trouble. It’s so harassing to lead hungry, unhappy and disappointed people upon shattered dreams, unmet aspirations & dashed hopes.
Zimbabwe has been experiencing a severe economic recession for the past twenty four months.
Prices of basic commodities such as bread, fuel and cooking oil have been increased by more than 50 percent recently.
