Minister Joram Gumbo has been withdrawn from the Energy Ministry and was re-assigned to Minister of State for Presidential Affairs in charge of Implementation and Monitoring. He shall be replaced by Deputy Minister of Transport, Fortune Chasi, ZBC reports.
