Leader of the Tajamuka/Sesijikile social movement, Promise Mkwananzi said that his request to conduct demonstrations from the authorities starting on Monday, July 1, 2019, were ignored.
Mkwananzi said that they will go ahead with the demonstrations which will be indefinite and set to continue until President Emmerson Mnangagwa addresses the economic challenges currently bedevilling the country.
