As the standoff between the government and doctors continue, this video which was reportedly taken today shows that doctors didn’t show up for work as the Pari Casualty Department was empty without the physicians today. According to Kudzayi, consultants are also threatening the government with mass resignation on Friday is the abducted Doctor Peter Magombeyi is not released. Edmund Kudzayi who posted the video captioned it:

Doctors staged a strike since Sunday ever since a Doctor’s union leader Dr Peter Magombeyi was reportedly abducted by state agents on Saturday night and has not been seen since.
