Hon Ringo, Black Motion , Mokoomba And DJ Zinhle To Perform At The Jacaranda Festival This Year

Honorable Ringo, Black Motion, DJ Zinhle and Zimbabwe’s Mokoomba will this year grace the much-hyped Jacaranda festival Daily News reports. The festival will be held at Hellenics sports club from the 3rd to the 5th of October 2019.

According to The Director of the festival Walter Wanyanya local artists to perform include:

The exciting line-up includes Bryan K, Tammy Moyo, Sylent Nqo, The Black Spirits, The Djembe Monks, Bekezela and Norman Masamba, So Kindly, Mbeu and the Mhodzi Tribe.

The 3-day event will kick off with a workshop according to the Daily News. Free workshops, panel discussions and networking events will be the order of the day on day 1. Wanyanya said:

Experienced local and international presenters like Katherine McVicker of Music Works International, Munya Chanesta and Jotam Matariro from Capasso, Karabo Motijoane from Sheer Sounds and Marcus Gora from Mokoomba to mention a few, have been lined up to impart their knowledge during the day’s programme,

On day 2 which starts at PM attendants will be treated to some great music:

…..exciting music programme starting at 5pm until midnight with performances by Black Motion, Ammara Brown, Bryan K, Sylent Nqo, Transit Crew, Music According to Percussion, DJ Chucknosis and Houz of Gruv.

Also expected on this day will be a big band project directed by Mokoomba lead guitarist Trust Samende highlighting the best of urban sound with Masa Caroleen, Kelvin Vito, Mafriq, Ishan, T Gonzi and Rockford Josphats.

The third and final day will start at 11 AM will see international artists performing and a tribute to Oliver Mtukudzi will be played by surprise guests.

The third and last day starts at 11am until midnight and will include acclaimed performers Ringo Madlingozi, Mokoomba, DJ Zinhle,  Mbeu and the Mhodzi Tribe, The Djembe Monks, So Kindly,  Tammy Moyo, Bekezela and Norman Masamba, The Travellers Band,  Pro Beatz, Jesa and Gudo Guru.

There will also be a special tribute to the late Oliver Mtukudzi led by his band, The Black Spirits in collaboration with surprise guests
