Buyanga, Baby Mama Fight Rages On

Businessman Frank Buyanga‘s ex girlfriend has approached the courts seeking to be given joint custody of their minor child. Chantell Muteswa who approached the High Court seeking to file a response to the joint custody suit from her baby daddy said Buyanga hoodwinked her into believing he wanted reconciliation.

In submission filled by her lawyer Chantell said:

I seek uplifting of the bar to allow late filing of heads of argument in case number HC3971/19. I believed that Buyanga, through multiple lawyers was genuinely interested in reconciliation and an amicable long lasting settlement in respect of matters relating to the welfare of our child.

Buyanga and Chantel have been in court fighting for custody for their child for a while now. The court sometime this year ordered him to return his son to his mother an order he has ignored according to his ex-lover.
