"Zimpapers Must Be Sued For Using Picture Of Chamisa's Spokeperson On Corruption Case," Jonathan Moyo
Former Tsholotsho legislator, Professor Jonathan Moyo has said that Dr Nkululeko Sibanda, the spokesperson of the leader of the opposition MDC, Nelson Chamisa, must sue Zimpapers over his picture the publication wrongfully used.
His remarks come after The Sunday News used Sibanda’s picture in a corruption case involving Tsholotsho Rural District Council acting chief executive officer who is also named Nkululeko Sibanda.
Posting on Twitter, Moyo said:
I hope and trust that @DrNkuSibanda will sue @SundayNewsZimba, @Zimpapers and @InfoMinZW and take them to the cleaners for this gross, unprofessional, deliberate, politically motivated and criminal abuse of his image!

The article in question had nothing to do with Chamisa’s spokesperson. It reported that Tsholotsho RDC’ acting CEO appeared before Tsholotsho magistrate over criminal abuse of office, corruption and fraud allegations which prejudiced the local government authority of a total of US$4 179 900.
