Robert Mugabe ‘s family on 19 October held a secret memorial for the late former leader Sunday news reports. The memorial reportedly didn’t have some family members and some Zvimba traditional chiefs.
The latest development was confirmed by the family spokesperson00 who spoke to the publication and said:
Yes, we had the memorial service two weeks ago, on October 19, but it was a private family function. Why are you interested in knowing who attended the memorial service, is there anyone who comes to you asking details of those attending memorials at your own family events.
Mugabe died in Singapore on 6 September 2019 after battling cancer and was buried in Kutama his home village despite the government constructing a mausoleum for him.
