Chamisa Vs ED And Others, Detailed Con-court Judgment On 2018 Presidential Election Challenge (PDF)

The Constitutional Court has released a detailed ruling on the 2018 Presidential election challenge. Nelson Chamisa had approached the courts seeking nullification of ZEC election results claiming the commission had connived with the ruling ZANU PF to manipulate the election in favour of President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

The court however upheld ZEC’s results citing Chamisa’s failure to present evidence to substantiate his claims.
