Four people are reported to have died while an undisclosed number of passengers were injured when a Lusaka bound Trip Trans bus was involved in an accident in Makuti early this afternoon.
ZBC News report that three of the deceased died on the spot while the fourth one died at Makuti clinic where the injured were ferried for medical attention.
The publication also reports that overspeeding is the likely cause of the accident.
The accident comes as a number of people dying from road accidents has been increasing since the beginning of December.
