Experts Rule Out Cloud Seeding

Cloud seeding is currently not an option as there are no rain-bearing clouds across the country.

This was revealed by a climate change expert, Professor Desmond Manatsa, who also said that there were no prospects of meaningful rain until the second week of January. Said Manatsa:

If clouds are not there, there is nothing to seed. If we seed hazy clouds, they will evaporate. Cloud seeding is ruled out at the moment.

Cloud seeding is a weather-modification technique that improves a cloud’s ability to produce rain by artificially adding condensation nuclei to the atmosphere.

The condensation nuclei provide a base for raindrops to form, which will then fall to the ground as rainfall.
