Vice President Kembo Mohadi has said that the allegations by Prosecutor General, Kumbirai Hodzi that cartels had captured the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission, Police, media and other institutions were his opinion and does not represent the truth on the ground.
Mohadi was responding to a question by Norton legislator (independent) Temba Mliswa, who wanted the VP to set the record clear and also to reveal what the government was doing on the matter.
