Mazowe-based gold panners have defied the national lockdown, saying mining is their only source of livelihood hence they will starve to death if they stayed at home.
While some miners have expressed knowledge about the deadly novel coronavirus, others are sceptical, while yet others consider the disease a wild animal visible to the naked eye.
