Finance Ministry Offices Closed After Employees Contract Coronavirus - REPORT

The Finance and Economic Development ministry wing of New Complex Building has been shut down to disinfect the premises after several employees tested positive for coronavirus, Zim Morning Post reports.

The New Complex Building 3rd Floor and other parts of the building have reportedly been closed and are currently being disinfected. Zim Morning Post quoted its source as saying:

The whole 3rd Floor has been shut, with the minister’s wing also affected.

Some of the workers at the complex have been given strict instructions to self-isolate at home.

A senior Finance Ministry official is reported to be among several employees who have tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus.
