Bulawayo Businessman Worthwhile Mugabe Succumbs To COVID-19

Bulawayo Tycoon Worthwhile Mugabe reportedly succumbed to COVID-19 yesterday The NewsHawaks reports. Mugabe was the founder of Worthwhile Investments and its subsidiaries:

  1. Worthwhile Investments
  2. Girjac Services,
  3. High Peak Cables and Hardware,
  4. Power Control System
  5. Kayzed Sales.

He was also one of the sponsors for Bulawayo football giants Highlanders FC. Mugabe reportedly died at a hospital in Harare according to the publication that stated that:

Well-known Bulawayo tycoon Worthwhile Mugabe has died. He died of Covid-19 in Harare. He was Worthwhile Investments founder and its subsidiaries DSK Electricals, Girjac Services, High Peak Cables and Hardware, Power Control System and Kayzed Sales. He also funded Highlanders FC.

Mugabe’s death came on the same day as the death of Zanu PF UK official Tangwena and popular human rights activist Bekezela Fuzwayo who both died due to the novel coronavirus yesterday.

Mugabe’s death came at a time Zimbabwe is going through a COVID-19 cases resurgence that has seen Zimbabwe recording 542 COVID-19 cases in 48 hours.
