Businessman Philemon Machipisa has died. Machipisa’s death was confirmed to Pindula by a close family member who told Pindula that:
….Yes. Its true. He is the one and the owner of most buildings at Machipisa complex and owner of garden City pharmacy @ Machipisa….
Details of what might have caused the death of the nonagenarian are still sketchy. We will update this article if new details emerge.
Machipisa was born Philimon Murambiwa in 1930 and he initially ventured into business together with his brothers setting up their first shop called Machipisa Stores at present-day Machipisa Complex in Harare’s Highfields suburb.
Burial arrangements are yet to be announced.
