Elvis Chipezeze Vows To Stay At Baroka

South African-based former Warriors goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze has vowed to stay at DSTV Premiership side, Baroka, and fight for a starting berth in the team.

Last season, the former Chicken Inn goalkeeper saw little action playing in the shadows of the South African goalkeeper, Oscarine Masuluke, featuring only in cup games.

Furthermore, the Limpopo based side last month unveiled Zambian goalkeeper, Cyril Chibwe, as their third goalkeeper but Chipezeze is not thinking of throwing in the towel. He said:

I am still with the team I have a running contract and you have to honour the contract, so I am still here and I will be here, On the contractual issues and some of the things, I don’t have to worry about anything.

Competition is always good because if you have the three best goalkeepers it gives competition to each and every one of us.

It also helps to improve the game so I am just happy that the three of us will be able to give each other competition so that the team can move forward.

If there is completion if you are given a chance you have to play with your heart out.
