Khama Billiat has become the top-scoring Zimbabwean player in the South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) era with 92 goals in all competitions.
Billiat scored in the 70th minute in Kaizer Chiefs’ 4-0 thumping of Chippa United at the FNB Stadium on Saturday, thereby overtaking Wilfred Mugeyi as the deadliest Zimbabwean in the PSL era.
Billiat is now the sixth-highest overall goalscorer in PSL history.
His goal was also the 100th scored in the league this season, coming in the 50th league match which is the slowest since the 2016/17 season (also 50 games).
