Arcadia Bucs

Kimon Raftopoulos was one of the nonwhite pioneers of basketball in the country and, together with his late wife, Juliat, co-founded Arcadia Bucs which was one of the best teams during its heydays.Arcadia Bucs is based in Arcadia an Eastern suburb of Harare. The development of the Basket Ball courts were sponsored by Mrs R D’Almeida, another Community Member, who shared a similar vision.
