Langton Rusere is a Zimbabwean cricket umpire known mostly for being the first Zimbabwean to be umpire in a final of a major international cricket tournament (the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Final).
In January 2018, he was named as one of the seventeen on-field umpires for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.
