<vote /> Zesa Enterprises, a subsidiary of Zesa Holdings is at the center of a consultancy scandal after it engaged a private consultancy firm, Bravo Media House, to do consultancy on publicity and advertising despite the subsidiary having six full time workers under the marketing department.
