<vote /> Church leaders in a press briefing in Harare today commented on Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa's proposal to cut 25 000 jobs as a measure to cut the wage bill which is currently 96.8% of Government revenue.

The Church leaders who were represented by Bishop Ancellimo Magaya of Zimbabwe Devine Destiny Network highlighted that the Midterm Fiscal Review presented by Chinamasa on Thursday 8 September is a clear indication that the government is now clueless. They also spoke on the Finance Minister's proposal to cut 25 000 jobs and suggested that Chinamasa should cut Mugabe's foreign trips.

They also mentioned that government should remove all deputy ministers rather than cut civil servants jobs.
