News:Dzamara summoned over image

Patson Dzamara told a local news publisher that the he had been summoned by the police regarding the press statement he made on Monday this week. Dzamara confirmed this development by saying,

"I was called by Assistant Commissioner Chrispen Makedenge to go and meet him and his team at Central Police Station regarding the Press statement I released yesterday(Monday)"

Dzamara went to the police in the company of his lawyer Kennedy Masiye as his main lawyer Charles Kwaramba could not make it on time since he was attending a hearing.

However Assistant Commissioner Makedenge and national police spokesperson, Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba could not be reached for comment.
