<vote /> Yesterday, First Lady Grace Mugabe officially opened ZAOGA FIF's Mbuya Dorcas Hospital. Minister of Health and Child Welfare, Dr David Parirenyatwa was among the delegates who graced the ceremony.

The first lady applauded ZAOGA leaders Ezekiel and Eunor Guti for embarking on such a project. She said that,

"It is no mean feat for a church organisation to embark on two projects of this magnitude, a university (Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University) and a hospital, and complete them at almost the same time."

Health Minister, Dr Parirenyatwa challenged the hospital to ensure value for services offered to its patients. He said that,

"What we are aiming for is not the cheapest care, but good-value, care that is both effective and affordable."

The 28 bed hospital opened its doors in September 2012 and has two approaches to treatment namely medical and spiritual deliverance at the Healing and Deliverance Centre. The hospital has so far delivered 52 babies, 15 of which were delivered through caesarian section.
