<vote /> The trial of Caps United midfielder Archford Gutu failed to start for the second time due to the absence of his lawyer. Gutu allegedly smashed Harare man, Tonderai Nhunzvi’s car, over bad driving conduct.

Gutu’s lawyer Advocate Lewis Uriri, who is being instructed by Tinofara Hove, was said to be engaged at the Bulawayo High Court in other matters. Harare magistrate Tafadzwa Muvhami further deferred the matter to June 27 for trial.

Gutu was arrested alongside his friend and teammate Method Mwanjali who allegedly stabbed Nhunzvi twice after the Nhunzvi confronted Gutu for smashing his windscreen.
