News:High Court Delivers Landmark Ruling. Permits Tajamuka/Sesjikile To March Against Bond Notes Tomorrow

The High Court has permitted Tajamuka/Sesjikile Campaign to march against the bond notes which are slated for an October 2016 release.

According to Tajamuka spokesperson, Promise Mkwananzi the High Court delivered the landmark ruling allowing members of the civilian campaign to march against the bond notes on Wednesday 3 August 2016 a day which unemployed graduates planned to march against unemployment.(read more here)

Mkwananzi wrote on his Facebook wall that,

The high court has just granted a landmark ruling permitting us to march against bond notes tomorrow . As this march has been granted permission, we now appeal to all citizens, in particular residents of Harare to come in their millions to show the government that we don't want bond notes. Please share as widely as possible. For the love of our country, ourselves, our children and our future ‪#‎Tajamuka‬

One of the posters that have been used to inform the public about the event mention that the march will start from Corner Julius Nyerere and Jason Moyo and end at the Ministry of Finance. The march is expected to start at 10am. You can view one of the posters below:
