News:Lumumba expected to appear in court today for insulting President

<vote /> Viva Zimbabwe leader Acie Lumumba is expected to appear in court today. He is facing charges of undermining the president as defined in Section 33 (2) of the Criminal Law Act after he used the F-word at President Robert Mugabe during the launch of Viva Zimbabwe in Harare last week.

Lumumba who was in the company of his lawyer turned himself in to the police on Monday.

Addressing a press conference during the launch of his party Lumumba said

"The red line we are now setting, for the political dispensation that is about to happen is, hanti hamusati mambonyatsotukwa. Majaira kutukwa nevanhu chihwande hwande handiti. Majaira kutukwa nemaProtestor. Muchitukwa muri muma private hallways.

You have never really seen Zimbabweans angry. Havasati vambovaona. So here's the red line. Mr. President, Robert Gabriel Mugabe, F@#! You. I have drawn the line. Our kids are in trouble. It's a red line. I know. I know. And my name is Lumumba Lumumba Lumumba I say it 3 times so you don't forget it."</blockqoute>
