<vote /> Secretary for Mines and Mining Development, Professor Francis Gudyanga allegedly ordered the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe to a Harare based agricultural firm over $1,3 million for services they provided to the Zimbabwe Republic Police's Mineral's and Border Patrol Unit.

The police through their chief spokesperson Charity Charamba have however denied that they never hired Pedstock to provide them with services of any nature. Pedstock has also denied providing services to the Mineral's and Border Patrol Unit.

The money was transferred to Pedstock in batches following Gudyanga's orders. In total MMCZ paid $1 725 000. Gudyanga is yet to comment on the allegations.
