News:Mugabe Expected To Speak On The Challenges Faced By War Veterans Today

The meeting comes in the wake of a communique that was covertly issued to members of the media by a yet unknown clique of war veterans. Mugabe is expected to speak on the challenges faced by war veterans and alleged divisions in the Zanu-PF party. Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association secretary for lands George Matenda, who is part of a team that organised today’s event, confirmed the solidarity meeting.
Matenda said
It is a solidarity meeting with our patron. All comrades are invited to come and show their support to their patron.
