<vote /> The Parliament of Zimbabwe plans to take legal action against 35 MPs who were expelled from both ZANU PF and MDC-T for failing to present payment plans for vehicles procured under the Parliament vehicle loan scheme.

The Clerk of Parliament Mr Kennedy Chokuda confirmed in an interview that they had written to all legislators demanding payment and that parliament will not hesitate to take the legal route if the MPs fail to make payments.

Expelled MPs include Tendai Biti who is the leader of the MDC Renewal Team as well as 14 other legislators who were expelled from ZANU PF for allegedly associating with Joice Mujuru who is now leader of Zimbabwe People First.
