<vote /> MDC-T vice president Nelson Chamisa was booed today in parliament by Zanu-PF parliamentarians for addressing President Robert Mugabe as Mr Mugabe. The MPs also mocked Elias Mudzuri by clapping hands, shouting, "Yeeeaaah VP" after he stood up to raise a motion.

Chamisa had raised a motion over disturbing images of police beating innocent civilians during today's peaceful protest. (read the story on today's protest here) He also proposed that government set up an inquiry to look into who's involved in the brutality of civilians.

Speaker of parliament, Mabel Chinomona, indicated that there was need for the exact date of when the police violence against civilians occurred.
